Outlook "reply" tooltip won't go away

I'm using the "new Outlook" at work and actually quite like it. I commonly respond to emails and need to insert images and the "reply" tooltip persists and is right on top of the "picture" insert option making it very difficult to click. Anyone know a workaround or can tooltips be disabled?

I'm using the same and not having any issues.  They update the app frequently; do you have the latest version (client 20230818006.03) installed?

You can disable them.

Outlook Options > Accessibility > ScreenTip Style > Don't show screentips

Thanks but there is no option like that in this "new" Outlook

Oh, this isn't Outlook 365. Ummm...hmmm.

Surely there is something in the settings to disable this?
