Hmm, missed this when it was originally posted in that news section. Trying it now. About time a different browser not based on Chrome came along.

It's based on Firefox ESR and browsers based on Firefox are not new --> https://www.google.com/search?q=Firefox+based+browsers&client=firefox

Yes, I know there are some other browsers based on Firefox, but those are all older one's that I've tried before. I was more or less saying this is a newer one that I hadn't heard of before.

tried out the browser for a bit but there is one deal breaker for me right now keeping me from using it full time on my home PC. It doesn't support the PWA extension properly yet. Wish Mozilla hadn't decided to drop native PWA support :/

There's a few on that list that I know of & tried, but a bunch I've never heard of.

It does support native PWA that's you don't need PWA addon, and you can install PWA addon too just like Firefox: https://github.com/Floorp-Projects/Floorp/discussions/411#discussioncomment-7800301

oh recent news. that's good to hear they're adding native support at that. I'll have to give it another try once the version releases.

    • In the past few days I have noticed two odd moderation activities. First, when I posted the term 'White Nationist Christian' it was asterisk's out. When I changed it to **** it was allowed! Second, in the Politics is a ###business thread I was allowed to post that the GOP is a party of p e d ophiles but I was censored  when I posted the GOP are a party of p e d ophile protectors. Wtf Neowin. Please explain.
    • BS, I've yet to run into a typical pc user that uses it at all, let alone half the population.
