kiddingguy
After the DMA and DSA it can be done to uninstall Edge from within Windows 11 in Europe. However, since Edge is integrated and intertwined with various other Windows components... it is wise to uninstall? Or just let it be? [in some cases it slows down my computer] What are possible implications or impact on day-to-day usage of Windows? moriel5
Edge is no longer integrated with the operating system, so it is fine to remove it (as I intend to attempt while testing out the new LTSC version before I can start preparing PCs with). That job has been transferred over to WebView2, which is pretty much the core of Edge, but self-contained, similarly to Google's WebView on Android.
