It took years to reboot this and frankly looking at the trailer I have no interest in seeing it.

I still prefer the original with Brandon Lee.

Nope. It's one of the films that should not be remade. You're never going to "improve" the effect of the original.

I'll give them some minor credit for it certainly seeming a lot different from the original, but I got no intention of seeing this.

But given that I've (almost) 40 and have The Crow on my fairly short list of "perfect" movies, I doubt I'm in their target audience.

This looks like complete trash. A third rate John Wick cash in, without any of the atmosphere or emotional story telling that made the original so great.

I hope this tanks hard.

I agree with the comments that this doesn't do the original any justice.  But I don't think it looked horrible on the trailer. It doesn't grab me, but I will probably watch it on Netflix at some point. I am not against watching it to see the story in a modern point of view.

When they first announced that they were going to be making a new movie, and that the goal was to be closer to the source material. I was genuinely excited. Having seen the trailer, I am uncertain what Source they were referencing because this is further away from the comics than the original movie was.

Dont misunderstand me, The original while Exceedingly different than the comic was a Classic movie, but this new one looks like complete garbage that im not even sure who the target audience is.
