Congrats! I know that you were able to see the world before, and also LASIK takes some time to take effect - I think it's 2 weeks? I could be talking rubbish on that, I'm not an optometrist...

But how do you feel so far?

Feeling fine and dandy so far! Just had my first eye drops!

I've worn glasses for 49 years out of my 65. Had to get them when 16 to pass eye test for driver's license. Have thought about Lasik many times, but never pulled the trigger. Know a few people that have gotten it and had fantastic results.

Hope your results are fantastic also!!

I was better than 20/20 the day after; i think when it had originally come out it did take some time.

Oh man, have fun with the drops! Haha jk, I went overboard and didnt want to dry them out so i was always using the replenish drops

I wore glasses from age 6 to 39, then contacts until 71. That's when I developed cataracts in both eyes. Had surgery to replace the lenses. Now I have 20/20 vision for the first time in my life. By the way, the surgery takes about 15 minutes, Done without being put to sleep. One eye done and then the other a couple of weeks later.

I cannot imagine wearing glasses - not in a bad way, just - yet another thing I have to always remember.  I'm glad that now you have one less thing to do, and hopefully your vision is maybe better?

You get use to them to the point your not actively conscience of them being on.

Congrats !!!

I've heard the drops / dry eyes are the only real temporary  worst part of it.

    • XBOX is at the end of its generational life cycle and wasn't selling much anyway. They need to figure out the pricing for XBOX Helios. However, I'm not buying the DRAM shortage with AI preferring HBM. I think it's industry gouging.
