he is not using explorer as the file manager, thats another program, cant remember the name, but can be found in aquasoft

download the brushed 3.5 visual style from the link i provided. it includes the fake bitmaps there.

about the hd icon, yes its samurize, i forgot to mention.

and i removed the menu bar using a registry hack made by someone in neowin (i forgot his name).
