I just got it yesterday, but for the life of me I can't remember where I got it. It was somewhere on dt2, but I have to head to work and don't have time to refind it....so I mirrored it...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics

Is where to change the size of your system icons on the whole. As far as I remember, you can only change the size of the desktop icons alone (as opposed to those of the whole system) with programs like DesktopX or AveDesk. There is also a program that will enable tiled view on your desktop called DColorXP (I think).
