Anyone using spatial audio on Windows while gaming?

Recommended Posts

Hello everybody, I am new here, So i wanna say that i was playing the spatial audio settings in windows 11 and on the other day i was just using the built-in windows sonic thing and i also tried Dolby Access little bit. Honestly, I did not expect that it would make that much difference but it kinda did.
I Tried it while gaming on Hellblade and Warzone, and yeah, it felt a bit more immersive especially with footsteps and stuff. Not using any crazy audit gear, just a predator galea 300 headset.
Is anyone else messing with this? I am curious if it’s really worth it with higher end headphones or if it’s just mostly software doing the trick.

Be careful of the audio rabbit hole. You can end up spending $$$ on sound you don’t like

First thing is do you find out how you like your audio.

Do you like accurate bass or excessive bass, same with mids, and high frequencies.

I myself like more “accurate”, nothing exaggerated which some consider boring.
They are sold out at thee moment but I’m like the MASSDROP X SENNHEISER PC37X GAMING HEADSET and are reasonably priced (when in stock).

There is also DTS in the windows App Store that offers a 3d headphone.
