Fifine XLR/USB Gaming Microphone Set and Roland VT-4 voice transformer on XBOX Series X Help

Hello, wondering if someone can assist. I have a custom built pc that I use for playing Xbox online.   When in a game chat I use my Fifine XLR/USB Gaming Microphone Set along side with my Victrix Pro AF headset for XBox pc gaming with the the mic removed from the headset to chat with no issues. 

But since some games I play aren't for Xbox for pc I have to play certain games on my Xbox Series X but still want to be able to use my Fifine XLR/USB Gaming Microphone Set and Roland VT-4 voice transformer with my headset the Astro A50 but can't figure it out how to get the mic part working. In game chat on XBox Series X I am able to hear my friends but can't talk to them using the Fifine XLR/USB Gaming Microphone Set.  I believe this is possible as I bought some splitters but can't get it to work.  Please help
