you can use dcolorxp to tile the icons

Don't think the desktop of the ss used dcolorxp as there are additions to the right-click menu.

Perhaps he tweaked the registry to enable it?

Here is a little buggy.

The screen shot shows the screen before and after refreshing the desktop.

See the unwanted background color popping up ;-)

dcolor has the same issues as above ... maybe Windows render the Tiles that way ... gosh got to find a way around this !!!

Just reshack shell32.dll

g3nu1n3 - I have the same problem :/ only way to get rid of the color is opening the app again :)
