iCloud is causing an issue

Hello people, I’ve been using a notability app for a long time but for the past few weeks, something has happened with iCloud sync in it, it is not working as it wants to be. It does not update the notes on all devices, sometimes it works and sometimes not. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Hello guys, I want to tell you that my issue gets resolved. In my research I found a blog, and I followed all the steps mentioned in it. Actually, my iCloud private relay was causing the issue, and it was on and then as I turned it off, the sync has started working seamlessly again.
