kiddingguy
Since Apple announced the AI-Google-partnership, do you guys think will there more and more AI-stuff being forced onto Mac? As currently is the case, in my opinion to Windows. They didn't how how to specifally integrate its Siri-AI onto system, but with Google as partner, new ways & methods emerge I think. And... and the end of the day, it doesn't really matter on AI-features/functions/slob what OS you are using? Just personal preference, eco-systems or whatnot. Nick H. Supervisor Posted January 15 Supervisor Share Posted January 15 I don't use Apple products, but from a business perspective I can see them pushing AI. Everyone else is in order to improve their metrics. ChatGPT has the largest usage, and everyone (looking at you, Microsoft...) wants to get in on the bandwagon with their own AI. So I wouldn't be surprised if Apple go down the same route. What I hope is that Apple make it optional rather than trying to ram it down your throat (*cough* *cough* Microsoft...) +virtorio MVC Posted January 15 MVC Share Posted January 15 I'm expecting a similar level of integration it has now, except, instead of it being an embarrashing joke of an implementation, it might have the capacity to do something useful. I'm also expecting the toggle to turn it off (at least for Siri) to remain.
