From 2007 to now with difference iPhones (starting with 3GS) all naked phones and never had a scratch on both glass and back. Daily driver and normal usage over time.
And went to concerts, holiday and did whatnot during these almost 20 years with my phone on a daily basis.

I guess it's how you "treat" your phone right?

Since my very first cell phone, I've never used a screen protector. I've dropped them several times on different surfaces and from different heights, but so far, none of the phones I've owned have any cracks or scratches... I guess I'm lucky?

So I don't see the point in using one. 🤷🏽‍♂️

that's all well and good, and I'm also very careful with my phone and treat it nice, but I still like to protect it, it only take that one time have it bumped or slip out of your hand and land on the screen or a corner. I'm of the rather safe than sorry type. My phone is for function, not to look pretty.
