wow... awesome job EZRecovery :p but i could be offended if i understood your phrase as:

"I'm @ work" = you're at work

"dealing with some stupid people" = posting in this forum and replying to us :p

hahahaha, which one is it?

/Raptor

Don't worry, when you join the working world you'll understand completely, Rap... hehe :p

True, thanks FlishFun

but i could be offended

Sorry If I offend you :D
Early in the morning as soon as I clocked in, a lady called the helpdesk, I work @ school, so she asked me if she needed to upgrade GroupWise, I told her yes, then she said, but I'm @ home, do I need to upgrade it @ home too?

This is part of the email that was sent to everyone in campus: "This is a reminder to update your office computer's GroupWise Client BEFORE you leave for Spring Break."

I have to go through this every day, but eventhough I'm complaining now, I like my job, I'm just sitting down waiting for calls, surfing the web, watching TV, and been on AC,

No Raptor, I will never offend you, or FlishFun, or anyone else in here.

Yeah man, probably my span-glish mixed there when I wrote it

Hey guys, I'm downloading Feb04.UltraLite right now, as soon as I get home, I will move it to a different drive so I can host it, then I will send you the info so you can post it on AutoPatcher.com :D

Thank you! :D

aye, please people... after downloading through bittorrent, leave your clients open as much as possible. This is necessary to continue having it on the bittorrent network...

Yup, and still alot of people stop right fter 100% , uploaded 1.3gb now though (Y) Hope this helps

@Flish & Raptor - Sorry I havent been able to get back to you with the server info.

Finally I got my XP box up and running.

I get the weirdest problems.

I installed a new 80GB HD, turn the computer on and got "Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM.

After that problem, I ran into c:\windows\system32\giveio.sys, the system would not pass that file.

I booted into Windows 2000 since I have dual boot, found that file and deleted it under XP.

After that, booted into Windows XP fine :D

I will be hosting APXP UltraLite soon, will post information

Thanks EZRecovery... and bummer 'bout the PC issues!  :(

Yeah man, my friends call me "The Master of PC Problems".

Not lying, I always run into problems that my friends never have, but I keep learning from those problems :D

More problems = More Experience

Anyway, here is the server info :woot:

IP: neowin.serveftp.com

username: apxp

password: neowin

port: 2680

Please tell me how to "seed" through bittorrent and I would be happy to help, I leave my puter on pretty much 24-7 and have cable connection so it shouldn't slow me down much. I also just got Serv-U Pro and am in the process of setting up a server for my friends and family to download some of my files that I have, I would be happy to add AutoPatcher XP (all versions) and give the info here for ppl to download from. Let me know if I can help.

PS: Keep up the great work!!! :D

Hey guyz....

Currently Im downloading APXP Feb Version...The thing is, i am on a 56k connection..Yes i know..i suxors...during the beginning of my download, i was getting speeds of upto 12k/sec for almost 10 mins which is quite odd becuase the max speecd i ever get from any download is 3.3k/sec...

I am downloading from a direct link from the offical website and just needed to know if there is a possibility that when i finish the download it may just turn out to be a corrupted file because of the abnormal download speeds...

Probably not. My old 56k connection did that a few times while downloading things. It was really creepy, but the files were fine.

    • Nice rant! Expletive after expletive after expletive. Poor petal, I've touched a nerve. Would you like a tissue to wipe those tears away. Btw, nice one calling Neowin trash. Why would you stick around when you disrespect this site and the people behind it? Just go away if you feel that way.

It's possible to schedule multiple grabber projects to run them once at a specified time, stop them at a specified time, or run periodically to synchronize changes. Easy downloading with one click When you click on a download link in a browser, IDM will take over the download and accelerate it. Changes in Internet Download Manager 6.43 Build 1: Added the ability to download MP4 files from web sites where previously only TS videos were available. • This is of course "clickbait" WTF? It is literally your example but tech based. A "clickbait" title is a sensationalized headline designed to manipulate readers into clicking a link using things like "fear" rather than delivering objective facts. A "clickbait" headline also usually provides little value compared to the hype generated. How does this headline not qualify? It's a generic often reused headline that is overly sensationalized. Oh no! "millions" can't use this app anymore. It has no basic facts like what f*cking app. You read the article and it's the Samsung VPN which no one cares about and there is a million free VPNs. How are you defending this ######? Headlines like this (and among other things) make me read Neowin much less than I used to in the past. It's trash...
