Help! Alien Isolation Doesn't Run?

So I bought Alien Isolation last night through Steam. But I can't play the game! By which I mean, it doesn't even load. I get a black screen, a short noise and then it throws me to the desktop.

Windows 11, latest graphics card drivers (Processor AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics, 3801 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)).

I've never seen this before. What do I need to do to get it to work? I spent last night googling and trying things, and nothing worked!
