Comic book store owner Stuart Bloom (Sussman) is tasked with restoring reality after he breaks a device built by Sheldon and Leonard, accidentally bringing about a multiverse Armageddon. Stuart is aided in this quest by his girlfriend Denise (Lapkus), geologist friend Bert (Posehn), and quantum physicist/all-around pain in the ass Barry Kripke (Bowie). Along the way, they meet alternate-universe versions of characters we've come to know and love from ‘The Big Bang Theory.' As the title implies, things don't go well.

Could never get into Big Bang Theory, so this is not for me.

When they first announced there was going to be a Stuart spin off I just assumed it would be a single camera sitcom about the comic store, not whatever this is. Don't get me wrong, I am going to watch it, but i highly doubt it will get more than the one season lol.

Me neither. It was trying to appeal to nerds in such a way that me - as something of a nerd - just went, "nah..."

But I must admit, watching that trailer I'm thinking, "hmm...I could maybe watch that..."

I'm not paying for HBO Max though...
