ACDelco TDS?

Hello chat, I am looking for a laptop that can handle and run the GM ACDelco TDS.  Below are the specs, I don't know if this is the right forum for this but figured everyone has always been help and this would be no different.  In my searches I think this model HP ZBook X G1i 16 Mobile Workstation PC with 3 Yr Warranty & Wolf Pro Security but hoping there is a cheap option if possible.  Please advise if you can open to any suggestions as always.

From looking at the specs at https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-zbook-x-g1i-16-inch-mobile-workstation-pc-customizable-b4yu6av-mb#pdpOverview the laptop meets the recommended requirements. 

If you want to use a CD/DVD drive (listed as optional in the chart) you will need an external one as the computer does not have one built in.

Whatever laptop you end up with, please feel free to share a mini-review with some photos of it.  I am sure there are a lot of people here (including me) who have never seen the GM ACDelco TDS software in use before.
