Favorite Web Log Analyzer?

I've searched all over the web for a good web log analyzer, and the only one I've tried that I really like is Nihuo Web Log Analyzer, but my trial period is up and I would like to know what's out there before I commit money to the first one I actually tried.

I've looked at others that really look good, but run $499+, while Nihuo is really clean looking and costs $99. There are lots of free alternatives, but they suck. I'm going to host log analysis for my customers, and would like it to be as user-friendly as possible.

What does everyone else use?

Probably the best-looking and most complete that I've even seen/used is Urchin. Only problem with it is that it is very resource-intensive and also costs $895+ US.

One that I'm familiar with (I've used it on paid hosts and installed it on my personal webserver) that looks good and provides fairly detailed statistics and charts/graphs is AWStats. The best thing about AWStats is that it's free.

And yet another one I've seen installed on paid hosts is The Webalizer, which, in my opinion, is very ugly and very hard to use.

I was really liking the demo I looked at, but the price is pretty rough. Does the basic Log Analyzer edition allow for reporting of multiple sites?

Urchin was ok, but I liked WebTrends better. Both prices make me want to barf though. I could make my money back pretty quickly, but I guess I was hoping to find some better quality, less expensive analyzers.
