Yeah, I agree (if you're saying that 3DMark is not a true indication of performance).

In theory, a benchmark should give the same result if ran again on the same hardware....but I've seen a descripancy sometimes as large as 500 points.

Which is why I bench 3 times and take an average ;)

Hence my big rubber stamp of approval.
