new release, version .75:

Download Here

-It still depends on the .NET framework, but memory usage is around 1/3rd what it used to be.

-More importantly, the time will remain correct on resume from standby or hibernate.

Also, I'm sorry, the download link for Luna VX does not work for me... and making a skin is pretty easy.

The .NET Framework is found on Windows Update under "Reccomended Updates"

Woah, it looks like your tray has less space for the clock than most systems do... Neither my desktop or Tablet PC is like that, but if the issue is widespread, I'll have to modify the program to compensate. How does the old version work for you? You can get it here: OLD VERSION http://webdisk.berkeley.edu/~thrawn/LonghornClock.zip

Thanks for the screenshot, BTW

having the same problem with all versions.

nothing strange either, just reinstalled my windows so I have a clean newly updated system.

This is caused by the fact that your regional settings are not set to the default, English-US. You don't need to change the region, just one setting.

To correct do the following:

1. Open the control panel (Please use Category View), and hit "Date, Time, ... Options", then select "Change the format of Numbers, Dates, and Times"

2. Press the "Customize" button next to the drop-down that displays your language.

3. Under the "Time" tab, change "Time format" to "h:mm:ss tt" or "hh:mm:ss tt"

That'll fix it :)

odd, i did save the file in bmp... i am trying to do one for chosenos and tiskin... but no success? (actually, i haven't really spend time trying to do it, attempted once, no work... then i had too much other stuff to do... haha)

ok, just kidding... i figured it out. it's kinda stupid really... the extension bitmap has to be all lower cased. BMP will not work... bmp will.

Mmm thanks to whoever made that lunavx skin, although the skin is nice, it doesn't match the taskbar properly.

I have no problems with my taskbar.

If you using the double hight taskbar or a different screen resolution (I'm using 1024 x 768), you will have to make the skin to match.

I just made the skin for my use and thought I would post it here. ;)

    • Nvidia is your issue more so than linux itself. I did used it for a while with an old 1060 3gb, but using propietary drivers was kind of messy.

    • The current Statcoungter desktop numbers has Google Chrome increasing it's market share this past year and currently commanding 75% share. Everybody else is just making up the numbers with even MS Edge losing 3% this past year and has dipped just below 10% share which is staggering considering it's default on every Windows deviced purchased. If these numbers are correct that terrible Edge number is both devastating and embarrassing for MS especially when you add in the terribly low Bing market share. This leads me to ask a couple of questions as the default browser holding just less than 10% market share seems really weird. It used to be that all Chromium browsers were being counted as Google Chrome in some cases.  Is this still happening? Do these high Google Chrome numbers contains some Edge user numbers?
