Most likely a cached version. If not then contact MSN Hotmail Support:

Hotmail has a hidden trash box that the average user cannot see, and chances are that this trash box is full and just needs to be emptied when the time comes. Give it another 24 hours and if it's still the same, contact MSN Support and ask the tech to check thier tools and empty the folder for you. Most techs will do it immediately (I always did it for paid and free customers when I worked for MSN Tech) as it only takes 30 seconds.

I'd say wait a day, if still 100% full then contact hotmail support, if they don't do anything then create a new one!

My hotmail box constantly gets emptied when there is bugger all in it.

It's happened twice, the last time it happened the box was only 6% full.

I check it daily too.

I think they have a lot of crap that still needs ironing out
