Damn you Radish and Silly_Walk, you both beta me too it :) ... Basically as said, why not log in and download it from the windowsbeta site, or post a message on either the beta forum or e-mail the admin direct with your username and beta ID letting them know your situation?

Hi,

I'm a beta tester for Windows XP sp2, and today I got my Windows XP Sp2 RC1 cd, but it was broken, what can I do?? I don't know, cause it was free...

Hmmm....maybe post in the Microsoft private beta newsgroups like all the other testers?? Sheesh.

Forgive me, but I don't see how people like you get accepted into Microsoft beta tests. When you don't even know what to do when something happens.

I fear people like this are the reason why Microsoft isn't using their testers for more serious testing... :/

Exactly!

Yes, I sometimes wonder if the only reason Microsoft allows us to test the products is because they want the pubilcity and screenshots. I wonder if they truely care what we think about it.
