Well, its a custom made one I made to get a "mac like" feel, and I got the icons from Snow.E2 icon package, but here you go - unzip to c:\program files\samurize , and install the Nu font if you dont have it already, somes with config, icons, external IP script, and the Nu font. :) (in case your folder for samurize isnt c:\program files\samurize, you will probably will have to chage the links for the icons etc...)
