Try Samurize 1.40, 1.31 didn't work with iTunes for me. Delete the plugin from the iTunes directory before installing 1.40 though.

The reason it isn't up on his website is because the GUI Olympics site wont allow mirrors until the contest is over. What is odd is that the GUI site doesn't have it up either....
