Lees than a meg download.... Many great lil features.... http://www.irfanview.com/

Including auto resize..Super Color Adjust/Contrast/Gamma.Saturation..Etc.Etc....So you save the original for your hosted Pic..Then resize with one of the auto buttons for the 1024/768 size you upload through this server..
