mac emulator?

is there some sort of program that can emulate mac os to run mac aps?

For Windows, the only reliable one is Basilisk II, which you can find via Google. You only be able to emulate older 68K based machines, not PPC machines, so the highest version of the OS you can run is 8.1. There is another called ShapeShifter that runs on Linux that can now emulate some PPC machines, but it currently can only run OS 8.6, not 9 or OS X.

sheepshaver? That only does OS 8.x, I believe. Maybe 9.X, but definitely not OSX at this point.
