Is it possible to change the icons under "File and folder tasks" in the sidebar of a folder and "System tasks" in the My Computer sidebar?

Edit: How do you remove "Go->" next to the addressbar and the little windows logo in the topright corner of any explorer window? I remember that I did this before, but not how... both were possibly done with the same application.

Also, do you know of any good winamp theme that matches this?

And another thing, whats up with this?
