Quick Format (NTFS) during Windows 2000 Setup

Is it possible to do 'Quick Format (NTFS)' in during Windows 2000 setup?

Not that I can remember... think its specific to XP.

But then again its been a while since I've done a complete 2000 Pro format.

You're really better off with a full format anyway (personal preference - I'd like to start with a clean disk ;) ).

the quick format option is only available on 3 versions of windows.

XP Home

XP PRo

W2k3

W2k does not support quick format from within the installer. XP/2k3 support it because it runs its own command prompt from within the installer routine.
