Just out of curiosity.... how do you make shortcuts to "Log Off" and "Tuen Off Computer" or maybe even directly to Stand by, Turn Off, Restart and Hibernate?

%windir%System32shutdown.exe -s -t 0

the -s is for shutdown. change it to -l for logoff, -r for restart.

the -t 0 is a time delay of 0 seconds.
