DARKCYDE - nice screenshot, how do you animate your screenshot like that - what GIF program is used to do it?

Btw, I like the large icons, where did you get some of them from (such as Nero etc) and how do I set my icons large for desktop only (not globally like in windows explorer, that would be ugly)
