First you need to upload a screen shot to a web server. Then you use the following code:

I edited dazzlas static TLB skin a bit to make it, i cant give it out, unless you ask permission from dazzla. I didnt ask permission from him to make it, seing i wouldnt be giving it out, i only made it to match sapphire.

you do have a point and what is says on the display setting is brushed but a quick search yeilded these results from themexp

and if your eyes are as good as mine you will notice that they're not the same and may be in fact a windows blinds themes.

omg it isnt released yet. it is called Brushed. KoL is working on it and it hasnt been released yet.
