Also anyone heard of this?

Taking a course at "NOVA" which is a community college and it's like $75..

Anyway it allows you to get a "Class M" for motorcycles add to your license w/o having to get a permit.

(As in Virginia there is no law for needing to hold a motorcycles learners permit for an amouint of time)

If anyone has any knowledge on that I'd appreciate it as well.. I know you have to bring gear (helmet, jacket, boots)

behind the wheel is so easy. they tell you everything that you need to do so nothig to worry about. but remember to relax. driving when youre nervous makes it a little more difficult ;)

remember to look both ways before driving through major intersections. they're bitchy about htat whne you have to take the dmv driving test

when you're taking your behind the wheel test..

be calm and don't ever talk back to the instructor.

and while you are driving remember these and you will pass.

when she tells you to make a right turn:

make sure to look for a "no right turn on red" sign

no matter what. look over your shoulder

when you are at a stop sign, especially a 4 way stop sign

the person who got there first goes first. otherwise you take turns by starting from the left, you let the person on your left go and then you can go. and if they go when it's your turn, do not go, that's what driving defensively is all about.

one last thing. stop before the limit line.

Ok here are my general tips for taking your behind the wheel test....

- Do a general look over of your vehicle. Make sure all the lights work (this will be checked before you even begin the test), the brakes are good, and your tires have a decent amount of tread on them (this will also be checked).

- This should go without saying but wear your seatbelt. I actually had two friends go through the entire test and failed because they forgot their seatbelts.

- Don't go over the speed limit, even by 1 mile per hour.

- Don't go to slow (you can fail for this as well).

- Always use your turn signals.

- Watch out to trick requests (asked to make a u-turn on a road marked as not allowing u-turns, request to turn left on a red light, ect.).

- When you are going to turn make an over exagerated attempt to look are the corner (physically turn your head for about a second in each direction and make sure your instructor sees you turning your head)

- Be sure to have the radio off.

- Relax, it's actually an easy test if you use basic common sense.

    • Microsoft about to radically change how often your Edge browser updates by Paul Hill Microsoft has just announced that starting with Edge 152, it will be moving to a two-week release cycle for faster, smaller updates. This faster release cadence will begin on August 27. This change comes just several months after Microsoft switched Visual Studio Code to weekly updates. The company said that the Extended Stable releases will remain on an eight-week cycle and that no admin changes are needed to experience the faster release cycle on the Stable channel. The new two-week release cycle will enable the faster delivery of security updates and platform improvements, all while reducing the size and complexity of individual updates. Microsoft claims that organizations will benefit from this change as it offers predictable validation cycles. For organizations that prefer a “more deliberate pace”, the Extended Stable channel remains an option. This change will affect Edge Stable releases on Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile. The Extended Stable channel will continue to be updated every eight weeks, or every fourth Stable release, for example: versions 152, 156, 160, and 164. The Extended Stable could be a good option for organizations that don’t want the latest updates twice a month and don’t want as much hassle constantly updating browsers. In the case of Visual Studio Code, many of the updates being pushed by Microsoft are AI-related. As we all know, Microsoft Edge has a lot of AI features, so we could see Microsoft pushing more AI, thanks to the faster cycles. On the flip side, quicker releases could mean faster security updates, which is beneficial in a world where AI systems are hunting for software exploits. What do you think? Let us know in the comments. Source: Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    • not yet, because at the moment it is not a threat to MS, if and I mean if it did become a threat to MS Office, then it may be a different thing. MS don't like competition

It emphasizes privacy by blocking trackers, ads, and ensuring your data isn't collected. With Zen Mods, users can enhance their browser experience with various customization options, including features like split views and vertical tabs. The browser is designed for efficiency, providing fast browsing speeds and a lightweight interface. Zen Browser prioritizes user control over the browsing experience, offering a minimal yet powerful alternative to traditional web browsers while keeping your online activity private. Zen Browser’s DRM limitation Zen Browser currently lacks support for DRM-protected content, meaning streaming services like Netflix and HBO Max are inaccessible. This is due to the absence of a Widevine license, which requires significant costs and is financially unfeasible for the developer. Additionally, applying for this license would require Zen to be part of a larger company, similar to Mozilla or Brave. Therefore, DRM-protected media won't be supported in Zen Browser for the foreseeable future.
