actually it would probably be cool if someone ported this (see below) as all the nvidia apps have this kinda skin. Then xp would match all the nvidia apps.

well theres not much you can do with ati unless you want to make something similar to one of the MMC apps. The reason the nvidia one got started is cus nvidia had a website during the nv30 launch that looked like a skined xp desktop and it had a lognin box were you would enter codes to see sneak previews. The whole thing had an nvidia skin
