Some things wont install with InstallShield

I am pretty fed up with this, about a month ago I tried to reinstall MSN Messenger and it wouldnt do it! And now lately certain programs have not allowed me to install them. Whats wrong? First it says it cant find the .msi file even when its there, and sometimes it says that it cant install the InstallShield scripting. and gives a number: 1607 ANyone know?

I didn't say all beta software was bad... I said people are too anxious when they want to see it. Understand the consequences.

We see this so many time on forums. And, yes, gameguy is right on with his question...why do some people insist on being the first on their block?
