Ok I saw Lune-HoE at GUI Olympics but it requires Windowblinds. I've notcied that more people are using the program now, but is there anyway to install the VS just using the msstyle?

Also, all the icons are in iconpackager format. I really like Rokey's icons and I see others do also. Are they just using iconpackager or is there a shell file? Thanks, I've been away for a while.
