PHP Nuke Board Question

I've set up a Nuke PHP board, and I have everything up and running, apart from one part of the design which I can't seem to alter.

There is a quick links section below the banner, although I can't find where this can be edited, as it isn't in the blocks section. Can anybody help me locate it?

hmmm, I haven't used phpnuke in a long time but I use postnuke and it's based on the phpnuke code. You could try looking through your your html/themes/Your Theme/theme.php and look for function themeheader(). I believe it's there.

I had a look around and found something similar in the header.html in which you can alter where it says welcome but not the links in the centre. Maybe the nuke templates are different.
