Skinning of shutdown screen while being logged of

My shutdown window is skinned, see attached file, but when I'm logged out and you press shutdown, the window you'll get there isn't skinned, does anybody know how to skin that one

did you replace all bmp from 20140-20150 in msgina.dll?

BTW, is your dialog based on Luna VX? The similarities are remarkable...

Yes I'm using Luna VX, and from the logonui I created these shutdwon and logon screens, I hope that's OK?
