Firefox Tweak File

Just made this lil file to help out all you guys that want to speed up Firefox. Enjoy the added speed and don't forget to check out the readme first.

2) Put the file into your Firefox profile folder. (Where your cache, settings, etc, are)

The profile folder is at...

C:\Documents and Settings\YourNameHere\Application Data\Firefox\Profiles\default\XXXXXXX.slt

This folder does not exist... :blink:

Are you sure it is correct?

(Of cource I replaced C: and "YourNameHere")

I can't see any folder Firefox in Application Data

Oops I've found it. The folder is

C:\Documents and Settings\YourNameHere\Application Data\Phoenix\Profiles\default\XXXXXXX.slt

The pipelining tweak actually made my connection slower, especially using google.

Absolutely. It will keep working even beyond version 1.0.

There is a slight change in the profile destination for 0.9 and beyond and that is that your profile will now be in ...Documents and Settings/YOURNAME/Application Data/Mozilla/Firefox... and so on like I describe in my tweak file.

If any big changes should occur, I will make a thread for it, but I doubt I will need to do that this year or even next yet.
