Looks good for your first. I think the taskbar should be a little thicker or make the start button smaller. I'm glad to see your branching out from your great Mozilla themes.

I love the blue colors that you've used. Infact, I've only seen one other theme that had used blue so nicely, and I lost it over a year ago :(.

However, the theme is to obtrusive for me. There are hardly any themes which I ever find that I enjoy using for that reason. I pretty much stick with classic, watercolor, and OS X themes for just that reason. If you could somehow make a theme like that, with those light blues all over the place I would love you for ever. I'd create a little desktop shrine to you.
