Well, I've made great progress. The blue version is done (now just have to do caramel, geen, grey, and pink) with the exception of the search pane. The transition has been fixed Do any of you shellstyle heavyweights know how to change this part to transparent (removing the white border and making the blue color transparent)?

Turns out it's not a bug with my theme! I got the bug even with XP Luna (even did a restart). The reason why I got those black bars is because I wanted to be able to use the XP buttons and such in the VB IDE. So I made a VB6.exe.manifest file and put it in the VB directory. That's what caused the bug. Removing the VB6.exe.manifest file fixed the problem immediately.
