OK... I understand it now.

But I seem to have heard of other programs starting with Y'z. Are they still downloadable/available?

Well, as far as I know, there are only three programs that start with letters "Yz". The first and the probably the most interesting and useful is a taskbar replacement program called "YzDock" which look awfully close to the Mac OS X dock desktop component, and because of that similarity, was shut down by Apple. So don't count on finding YzDock anywhere because it's against the law to distribute it now. The other Yz programs are YzToolbar and YzShadow. YzToolbar changes the IE and Windows Explorer toolbar icons; it also supports different themes, a simple program. YzShadow, as you've probably guessed it, adds a drop shadow to all the windows in your computer. It also has some other neat features like making all the menus semi-transparent. I don't personally know where you can find these applications, but if you Google them, you will find them. As for a place for the other Dock applications or plug-ins for YzDock you can go the Haitham Al-Beik's excellent website dockex.com. I hope that answers your question. :)
