@ amnesia_kei: I am an experienced user, i know the basics of getting a VS to work. I have it in the correct folder with the correct name and it is still SSGloss with the normal colors (trafficlight, blue & graphite.) Any other ideas?

@ caesar, open up the appearance tab on the display properties.

See the second drop down box? You can select the color scheme there.

amnesia_kei, I did not miss your response...the only thing that is listed in the second box is: Smooth Stripes Gloss, Smooth Stripes Gloss Blue, Smooth Stripes Gloss Graphite, Smooth Stripes Gloss 2, Smooth Stripes Gloss 2 Blue, and Smooth Stripes Gloss 2 Graphite. In the first box you have SSGloss listed. There is no pink listed at all.

Ok, so i realized what the problem is....I selected Smooth Stripes Gloss 2 Blue and it was the pink version. It appears that you misnamed the color choices. Maybe if you could rename Smooth Stripes Gloss 2 Blue to Smooth Stripes 2 Pink? Smooth Stripes Gloss Blue is blue though, not pink. Is there supposed to be only one pink theme?

yes only one pink theme is supposed to be within the pack.

Since I made it rounded in it's edges and decided I didn't want to make one with sharp corners.

As for the error. Strangely enough it DOES say pink on SOME computers.

I'm assuming that if you had a previous version of Smooth stripes that it keeps the blue?

I'll try to fix that.

Same as Jfig 24.... no pink whatsoever I do...... tried any combination but still no pink at all.... what is going on?

I've added the Shell so it should fix some problems.

Jfig mentioned that there was a problem with the wording (i still dont understand why it says Blue instead of Pink)

So after applying the VS, open your Display Properties and in the Appearance tab go to the SECOND drop down box.

Choose Smooth Stripes Gloss 2 Blue

I'll add a screenshot later for those who dont understand what I'm saying.
