Also wonderin if you could make check boxes, radio buttons etc a lil bit darker when they are selected..i find sometimes that i cannot tell whether they have been selected or unselected....!!!

Reproduced by making your taskbar larger than usual. Instead of a thin-sized taskbar, you drag your taskbar up a few sizes...

Same applies to the systray area.

I don't think thats a bug.. It just wasn't designed for a wide taskbar.. :)

Beginning is correct, the theme isn't made to be used on any size taskbar other than single. XP doesn't resize images correctly and ruins it (curve becomes jagged) if resized. Nothing I can really do or know how to fix correctly.
