[DEFINITIVE] Gmail queue !

Recommended Posts

no not really cuz if people could send 50mb attachments, some poor 56k user with pop 3 would never be able to download the attachment and wouldnt be able to access their email. i think 1mb is fine

You can download the attachment fine, be it 10 or 50 meg. Should be no problem at all.

1 meg attachment is too limiting - especially in the age of digital pics, which can be between 3 and 8 meg already, if not more.

errr - guess that sorta makes sense.  Maybe go by start date instead of posts?

I'll think of it when I get new ones and if there will be some left after I serve my friends (:

I dunno.  I gave one to a dude who PM'd me and it has not been picked up yet.  I find that pretty odd.  I was hoping he'd enjoy it and use it and give good feedback to the dudes at Gmail, but so far, no joy in mudville.

Maybe he didn't get it?

A couple of days ago I sent 2 invites to my friends and they didn't get them even though I didn't receive any returns. So the next day I sent them their registrations links /cause there's a copy of every invitation you send in your sent mail folder/ over IM and they finally created their accounts.

If he doesn't use the link you can just give it to someone else before it expires /that's after 3 weeks/

Time to return the favor to Neowinians I have 2 GMail invites to give away:) PM with First, last name and ya e-mail address :)

Okay... I can't edit this...

Anyway - ones gone one more left!

Edit: All gone :) I'#ll come back when I have some more :)

I don't know who's next up in the queue, and this thread has gotten too big to go back and check.

Maybe the mods could close this one and start a new one?

I wish I could figure out a good format to help with this kind of thing, but I'm a n00b...

How does one go about getting in the cue to be given access to the new Gmail accounts? Does anybody have the answer?

I think now the only thing this thread has in common with an actual queue is just the word 'queue' in the title (:

The best way to get an invite is to PM a person that is offering some /like I do when I have any left/

    • It's expensive, but I bet it will still sell out just like the Steam Deck and the Steam Controller
    • This is listed as a preview in WU for me. I usually don't grab them as previews; what's your opinion on it so far?
