Ashen mod

The original theme (Fall of an empire) is by Bant and included no compact panel because he didn't include it. he did say he was going to add it but then he didn't finish it.

the mod by giga, is the one with the compact menu.

yeah, I had this problem too.

maybe it's happend after i upgraded to the new stylexp...

use the patch and all themes will work if they are done correctly. Beware stylexp, if you feel you must use an app to apply themes, use WindowBlinds.

why beware stylexp? i found windowblinds to be way too intrusive...

BTW, any updates on an updated Winamp skin?  That Samurize script would be nice to.  If it comes down to it, I will make one myself. :\

if i can remember right, giga added some kind of hex thingy to the msstyle (kinda like encryption) so that us common people can't edit it that easily. :ninja:

maybe it is because the shell folder has 2 sub-folders with the shellstyle file in it.

maybe u need to replace the shellstyle file to the folder below..
