Yeah I saw it too, goal should have been allowed and that was a blatent foul...whatever...minutes later my msn is flooded with things asking me to put an X after my name after that goal, to phone up the ref... whatever... :p

[this should really be in sporting section]

Yep, we are sore loser's................but thats only because we believed we could win Euro 2004 if we got past Portugal.

The referee made some bad decisions on both sides, maybe more for england (that goal should have been allowed).

England started to lose the game after Rooney was injured, after that we didn't attack and allowed Portugal time to attack.

Both teams deserved to get to the final stages, as they were both capable of winning the final, its ashame they had to meet in the quarter final stage.

Hopefully we'll be a stronger team in 2006.

The ref. was pathetic, for both teams. I think that goal should've been allowed but that fact is Portugal deserved to win the match as they played better football. England should not be so dependant on their youngest player, how could we just sit back and let them attack?! Didn't we learn anything against France?

Portugal Campe?es Euro 2004?!

he hardly touched the goalkeeper... but I am not suprised this happened.. it always happens, ever year.. After the france game I thought they where going out because they did the same misstake again as usual, they start playing to defensive to early.. Then they improved and stopped al of a sudden against switzerland and croatia.. I was very happy then because I thought that they had finally learned by all their misstakes, and what happens against portugal? After 30 mins of play I know we would loose, there was no way we could keep them from scoring like they did by playing defensivly for 60 minutes.. And what happened when they scored in overtime? England woke up and started playing good again and scored after just some minutes, what if they had done this earlier, I think a 2-0 would have punchered the game and garanteed england a win, you cant win with 1-0, its impossible.. What happened after 2-2 when there was 6 minutes left, you saw that england was waiting for the penalties, they moved back again and started to defend.. Why would you like to win on penalties? England have never won the penaltys, remember 1990, 1996, 1998 and now 2004...

Yeap, that's true.

Oh, and I still can't believe in that " Campbell Goal Conspiracy" thing.

Charging a goalkeeper in his area is foul. Plain and simple.

i bet you are only saying that becasue your Portuguese?

    • Microsoft resumes forced Copilot app installation on some Windows PCs by Usama Jawad Late last year, Microsoft planned to begin the automatic installation of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app on certain Windows PCs. However, in March 2026, it disabled this process due to a technical issue and informed customers that it would let them know when it would resume. It seems like that was only a temporary respite, as the Redmond tech giant has started the forced installation of the app on eligible devices. In an update on its Message Center for IT admins, Microsoft has informed customers that it is resuming the automatic installation of the Microsoft 365 Copilot on commercial Windows PCs that have Microsoft 365 apps already installed. What this means is that if you have Microsoft Office apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more installed on your Windows PC through a Microsoft 365 license, you'll likely see the Microsoft 365 Copilot app pop up in your Installed Apps section soon, too. Fortunately, IT admins do have some control over this rollout. If they choose to opt out, devices in their tenant won't automatically get the dreaded Copilot app. However, phased rollout via feature flags has already begun and is expected to be completed by the end of June: Feature Flag1: started Jun 4, expected to finish June 10 Feature Flag2: expected to start on June 11, expected to finish on June 17 MSGraph schema rollout: expected to start on June 18, expected to finish on June 24 Feature Flag3: expected to start on June 25, expected to complete by July 1st Microsoft hasn't detailed what the process is to toggle the feature flags in its Message Center, and its public support page does not seem to mention it yet either. The Redmond tech giant has encouraged IT admins to let users know beforehand so they aren't caught by surprise to see a new app seemingly installed without manual interaction or their consent. Users who already have the app installed or are based in the European Economic Area (EEA) are unaffected by this move, which Microsoft has understandably flagged as a "major change".
