Converting RM To VCD

I wanna get Season 7 and 8 on cd-r. They look great on my hdtv as mpegs I get off Kazaa. I wanna see if rm's converted to vcd will yield decent quality. Sure I'll have to enable the picture enhancements on my player as well as the tv, but hey, good stuff.
