Blindfolded makes no difference whatsoever. As a pianist myself I know that you look at the music, never at the keyboard. I can see how this video might impress the general public, and im not trying to sound pompous but to a seasoned musician its not all that hot.

i'm no pianist but i know the blindfold makes no difference and he definitely isn't a great pianist. but the thing is everybody loves the mario music. :)

Yeah, I feel the same way, I'm not an expert musician but I did take about 5 years of study in Orchestra and you're taught to not look at your instrument as you should know where everything is from almost the very beginning. But still, good job to the guy.

Meh, he's ok. better at the piano than me, but I know plenty of people that could do most of that by ear right on the spot. (I can on my own instrument)

It's kind of impressive the jumps he's making. I know I couldn't make those jumps that accurately. I know where most of the keys are but I couldn't do it without looking down a few times.
