What dock programs do most of you guys use? Y'z docks seem to be unavailable to download anymore...

personally i still like y'z but dont use docks anymore

Right click on your contact list and choose - New Group.

He's using FlatCL (flatcontact list plugin) or he's using the newer TweakUI.
