Am I the only one with 5+ icons on my desktop? :D

Yes. Desktop icons are messy. I have the default 5 plus Outlook on my PC and only my hard drive icon on my Mac.

BTW, I should prolly post my new desktop, huh? I'm currently working on my own EverQuest theme, so it's not really pretty yet. Check out my progress here.

All metallic version of royale I've seen so far look like crap, the bevel type used on titlebars and taskrbar doesn't look right with metallic (light gray/blue) colors. Only darker colors work well IMHO. It would be possible to make it look like chrome, but that's a totally different story.

i wont argue with either of ya on that .. although it looks ok with a light wallpaper ..

i just got a wild hair last night to colorize it a little .. and silver seems to be the least attractive color variation

I'll screw around with my version of the mod, perhaps I'll be able to come up with something more or less decent looking. I'm not going for a metal look though, more of a bluish gray glass/ice look. Will post a screenshot some time later tonight.

    • This is listed as a preview in WU for me. I usually don't grab them as previews; what's your opinion on it so far?
